btcuci Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the btcuci platform available at btcuci.one, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and btcuci ("Platform").

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the btcuci platform. btcuci reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are made is considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The services offered by btcuci are strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. Registration by individuals below this age limit is entirely prohibited and constitutes a violation of our terms of service. btcuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with this minimum age requirement.

In addition to the age requirement, members are responsible for ensuring that use of this platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in their place of residence. btcuci does not guarantee that access to its services is lawful in all jurisdictions. Members are fully responsible for compliance with their local laws.

3 Account Registration and Member Responsibilities

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the btcuci platform. Any attempt to create multiple accounts, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or financial information, is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed without a refund of any remaining balance.

Upon registering, members agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including full name, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
• Update personal information whenever any changes occur.
• Keep the account password confidential and not share it with any other party.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under their account.
• Notify btcuci promptly if they suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation.

btcuci is not responsible for any losses arising from a member's failure to protect their login information.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

The btcuci platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the crypto equivalent.

The applicable financial terms are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction, regardless of payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour after the request is approved.

btcuci reserves the right to hold or review any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or any suspicious activity. All transactions are subject to internal compliance checks before being processed.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

btcuci offers a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Examples of wagering requirement calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,800 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000

All bonuses and promotions provided by btcuci are subject to the following conditions:

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• btcuci reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or misuse of promotions.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• Other promotions announced from time to time will come with their own specific terms and conditions.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback

btcuci offers a VIP programme with four membership tiers to reward member loyalty. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.1%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.5%

A member's progress in the VIP programme depends on their level of engagement and activity on the platform. Weekly cashback is credited automatically based on the member's current tier eligibility. btcuci reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure by giving reasonable notice to members.

7 Game Rules and User Conduct

All games available on the btcuci platform must be played in accordance with the established rules. Members agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to automate gameplay.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of fraud or misrepresentation toward the platform or other players.

Game outcomes generated by a random number generator (RNG) or live game providers are final. btcuci is not responsible for any technical errors originating from third-party game providers.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

btcuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, at any time and without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms and conditions in this document.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• Account inactivity over an extended period in accordance with btcuci's internal policy.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the btcuci customer support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure is subject to the settlement of all active bets and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

9 Responsible Gambling

btcuci is committed to responsible gambling practices. The platform provides tools to help members manage their gambling activity, including but not limited to deposit limit, betting limit, and time-out options. Members who feel they need assistance are encouraged to contact our support team.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions due to technical maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from game outcomes that are not in the member's favour.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Losses due to delays or failures in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions and any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with them are subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to btcuci's international licensing. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

Before bringing any dispute to arbitration, members are required to first submit a complaint to the btcuci customer support team. btcuci is committed to resolving any complaint received within a reasonable timeframe and in a manner that is fair to all parties.

12 Severability

Should any provision in this terms and conditions document be found invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement. The remaining provisions of this document shall continue in full force and effect, unaffected by the invalid provision.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the member and btcuci in relation to the use of the platform and supersedes all prior communications, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
